Due to the nature of alcohol sales and shipping regulations, all sales of Cazcanes Tequila are final; however, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. If your shipment is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please follow our claim process within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Document Damage
Take clear photos of the damaged bottle, the shipping box, and the shipping label to provide as evidence for our insurance claim.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the attached photographs of the damaged items.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your claim and coordinate with the carrier to verify the damage, typically providing a resolution within 3-5 business days.
- 4.Replacement or Refund
Once approved, we will ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost to you or issue a refund to your original payment method if the item is out of stock.
